Terms of Use

Short version: PAW is a cat-entertainment app. Supervise play, protect your device and review the exact subscription price and renewal period that Apple displays before purchase.

1. Agreement and license

By downloading or using PAW, you agree to these terms. Nomly grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Appleā€™s applicable rules.

2. Subscriptions

PAW may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. Available plans, regional prices, trials and billing periods are shown in the App Store purchase sheet and may change. Apple charges your Apple ID and manages renewal, cancellation and refunds under its policies.

3. Managing purchases

You can view or cancel a subscription from Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. An active purchase can be restored through the app where supported. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.

4. Responsible use

Place the device on a stable surface, supervise animal interaction and stop if a cat becomes distressed or aggressive. Claws, moisture, impact or prolonged play may damage a device. A screen protector may reduce risk but cannot guarantee protection.

5. Recording and privacy

You are responsible for having permission to record people, private spaces or protected material. Do not use recording features in a way that violates privacy, intellectual-property or other applicable rights.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent purchase controls, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits, or use PAW in a way that harms people or animals.

7. Intellectual property

The PAW application, brand, visual design, code and original content belong to Nomly or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant commercial reproduction rights.

8. Availability and liability

PAW is provided on an ā€œas availableā€ basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every cat will engage with screen play or that operation will always be uninterrupted. Liability is limited only where applicable law allows.
