Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
1. Who operates PAW
PAW is developed by Nomly. This policy applies to the PAW iOS and iPadOS application and its support website. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to fastapps383@gmail.com.
2. Data the app may process
- Usage analytics: app opens, onboarding completion, selected game modes, play-session duration, interactions with subscription screens and purchase outcomes. These events are used to understand product use and improve the app; session replay and advertising tracking are disabled.
- Subscription status: the entitlement needed to unlock premium features. Apple processes payments; Nomly does not receive complete payment-card details.
- Local preferences: game speed, object size, count and other settings stored on your device.
3. Recording features
If you choose to use a recording feature, iOS may request the relevant permission. PAW uses the resulting media for the action you initiate. Review the system permission prompt and your device settings before recording. Do not record other people without their permission.
4. Service providers
PAW uses PostHog for product analytics, Adapty for subscription entitlement management, and Apple for App Store distribution and purchases. These providers process limited technical data under their own privacy terms and are not used by PAW for advertising tracking.
5. Purposes and retention
Technical data is used to deliver features, validate subscription access, prevent abuse and improve product performance. Provider retention periods can differ by data type and configuration. Local settings remain until you reset them or remove the app. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of analytics data where applicable.
6. Children and animal safety
PAW is intended for pet owners and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not require a public profile or social account. Owners should supervise device use around both children and animals.
7. Your choices
You can manage permissions in iOS Settings, manage subscriptions through your Apple ID and delete local settings by removing the app. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal data.
8. Security and changes
We use the safeguards supplied by Apple and our infrastructure providers, but no system is completely risk-free. We may update this policy when features, providers or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
