Terms of Use

By downloading or using PAW (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms are between you and Nomly (“Developer”, “we”, “us”).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use PAW for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose

PAW offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (Premium) that unlocks all game modes and removes session limits.

Subscription options:

• Weekly — $0.99/week
• Monthly — $2.99/month
• Yearly — $14.99/year

Prices may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

To cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PAW.

PAW includes a limited number of free game sessions. Free sessions reset periodically. When exhausted, premium is required to continue.

Tap Restore Purchases in Settings to restore an active subscription on a new device.

PAW is designed for use with cats. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that could harm animals
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
• Use automated means to interact with the App

All content, graphics, code, and design within PAW are owned by or licenced to Nomly.

PAW is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for scratched screens!

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
