How do I restore my subscription?
Open PAW → tap the settings icon → tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → PAW → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period.
The camera doesn't work in CatCam mode.
Make sure you've granted camera permission. Go to iPhone Settings → PAW → Camera → toggle ON.
My cat isn't interested in the game.
Try different game modes — some cats prefer fish, others love the laser. Adjust the speed and object count in settings. Playing in a dimly lit room can also help.
Does the app work on iPad?
Yes! PAW is optimized for both iPhone and iPad. iPad's larger screen is great for cats.
