PAW (“App,” “we,” “us”) is developed by Nomly. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the PAW iOS application. By using the App you agree to this policy.

We do NOT collect: your name, email, photos, location, contacts, or any account credentials.

We DO collect (automatically):

• Usage analytics: which game modes are played, session frequency, app opens — used to improve the app. Collected anonymously via Firebase Analytics.
• Crash reports: technical error data (device model, iOS version, crash stack trace) to fix bugs. No personally identifiable information.
• Purchase status: whether a premium subscription is active, managed via Adapty. We do not have access to your payment details — these are handled by Apple.
• Stored locally: game settings (speed, object count, size) and session count — stored on your device only, never sent to our servers.

• To personalise your experience with saved settings

We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

PAW uses the following third-party services:

• Adapty — subscription management. Privacy Policy
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google) — anonymous analytics and crash reporting. Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store — handles all in-app purchases and payment processing.

PAW is designed as a cat toy and is intended for use by pet owners. The App may be used near children, but it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. No account registration is required.

Anonymous analytics data is retained according to Google Firebase's standard policies (up to 14 months). Crash logs are retained for 90 days. Local on-device data is retained until you delete the app.

You may request deletion of any analytics data associated with your device by contacting us. You can also opt out of analytics via iOS privacy settings.

We use industry-standard security practices. Since we collect minimal data and do not store personal information on our servers, your privacy risk is low.

We may update this policy and will post the updated version at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
